Something old

In June 2017 I recorded this lovely old song by Gerry and the pacemakers as a tribute on request for Lee Towers, a well known singer from Rotterdam, NL. In honor of Lee himself and the fact that this song is the theme song of our local soccer-team Feyenoord.

Recordings: Happyville studio

Vocals and piano: Bregje Sanne Lacourt

Something new

I fell in love with the most wonderful, handsome, funny, smart and creative man I know <3 We were friends for a while but we found ourselves in love suddenly. Building a strong foundation in writing talking having crazy ideas trusting advising and of course lots of cuddles and kisses (sorry friends, we know its annoying) I just wanted to share with you that I am doing more than ok and energizing myself in music after a break.

Something borrowed

This is a question for you guys! WHAT COVER WOULD YOU LOVE TO HEAR ME SING ON THE NEW ALBUM? You can send me your answer through the contact page or on facebook. I would love to hear your suggestions  and will post some tryouts of those songs the coming year.

Something blue

After a turbulent, wonderful and also intense collaboration with my old friend, co-writer and musical soulmate we decided to each go our own way after 17 years.

This means after 2 months of traveling through Asia I also decided to start all over again with writing the new album and postponed that album till 2019. I am in talks with a new producer and other musicians to see if there’s a warm music connection to support this album.I’ll keep you posted on all news! <3
